2. Our Services
Shishu Photography provides professional kids, newborn, birthday, and family photography sessions. The specific deliverables, session duration, number of edited images, and pricing will be agreed with you at the time of booking.
3. Bookings and Appointments
- A session is confirmed only once we have agreed on a date and time with you.
- We may request an advance booking amount to reserve your slot.
- Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
- For newborn sessions, we will work flexibly around your baby's needs and may reschedule if required.
4. Payments
Full payment details, including any advance amount and the balance due, will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Final edited images and products are delivered after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as early as possible.
- Any advance booking amount may be non-refundable but can usually be applied to a rescheduled session, subject to our agreement.
- In case of illness (especially for children) or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to find a suitable alternative date.
6. Image Delivery
Edited images are typically delivered within an agreed timeframe after your session. We carefully select and edit images to ensure quality. Raw or unedited files are not provided unless specifically agreed.
7. Copyright and Image Usage
Shishu Photography retains the copyright to all photographs taken. You are granted personal usage rights to print and share your images for personal, non-commercial purposes. We may use selected images for our portfolio, website, and social media promotion, with your consent. If you do not wish your images to be used publicly, please notify us in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the supervision, comfort, and safety of your child during the session.
- Please inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements.
- We aim to create a safe, child-friendly environment at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care during every session, Shishu Photography is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during a session that is beyond our reasonable control. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or other circumstances that prevent delivery, our liability is limited to a re-shoot or a refund of amounts paid.
